SANGKAP :

1. ISANG KILONG MANOK.

2. DALAWANG PIRASONG SIBUYAS.

3. DALAWANG PIRASONG SILING BERDE, NA MALAKI.

4. 1/2 KUTSARITANG CURRY POWDER.

5. DALAWANG TASANG GATA NG NIYOG.

6. 1/2 TASANG PURONG-KAKANG GATA.

7. 1/2 KUTSARITANG ASIN.

8. 1/2 KUTSARITANG PAMINTANG DUROG.

9. 3 BUTIL NG BAWANG.

10. 1/4 TASANG MANTIKA.

11. 1/2 TASANG TUBIG.

PARAAN NG PAGLULUTO :

1. Prituhin ang manok ngunit huwag gaanong papulahin.
2. Sa dalawang sibuyas, ang isa ay hiwain nang pino. Malaki naman ang gawing hiwa sa isa pang sibuyas.
3. Hiwain sa 3-4 ang siling berde.
4. Pitpitin ang bawang at papulahin sa mantika.
5. Isunod ang sibuyas na pino ang hiwa.
6. Makaraan ang ilang sandali ay magkakasabay na ihulog ang manok, sibuyas (malalaki ang hiwa) at sili.
7. Tunawin ang curry powder sa tubig at isama sa gata ng niyog. Ibuhos ito sa manok.
8. Timplahan ng asin at pamintang durog.
9. Pakuluin hanggang lumambot ang manok at lumapot ang sabaw. Kung hindi pa lumalambot ang manok at natutuyuan na ang sabaw, dagdagan pa ng ½ tasang gata at ½ tasang tubig.
10. Kung malambot na ang manok at halos manuyo ang sabaw ay ibuhos ang kakang-gata o purong gata.
11. Halu-haluin at lutuin pa ng mga 1 minuto at patayin ang apoy.

Last, The Bench's ''latest Fiasco'' and the original, Student Glendford Lumbao. According to Lumbao, Bench never notified him or asked for his permission. His work, he said, was stolen.

INTERNET THREATS AND SCANDALS

     Hello everyone! My name is Carry jay Caneda 20 years old and I lived in Purok Pag-asa Mangga Visayan Village Tagum City. I shared my experience about my INTERNET THREATS AND SCANDALS. I experienced a lot of Internet Threats and Scandals specially when I forgot to log out my account in Facebook, because sometimes when I go to the internet cafe to do some research to answers my assignment or a problem, I log in my account on Facebook to chat my classmates and some other negociations. afterwards, I forgot to log out my account on Facebook and I'm going to home. Tomorrow morning I log in my account and I see a lot of post on my account and it is a cyber defamation to me liked "Sorry guys I've never say before :( I am a GAY" "Sex? pm is the key" and other rude post on my account. I'm so feeling angry at that time and I post "Sorry guys hindi po ako ang nag post ng mga bastos at walang kwentang post" and I delete it quickly! but unfortunately it is not the only one, I gain many times of defamation on my account because I think i am forgetful person on this World HAHAHA! So in the past months in first semester of  my MIL (MEDIA INFORMATION AND LITERACY) I learned that you have to used incognito to safe your account and to avoid hacking accounts. In addition you have think before you go out in the internet cafe or do not forget to log out if you are in online. thats all and thankyou for reading my experience on internet threats and scandals.

My ICT experience

          So hello everyone! My name is Carry jay Cañeda, 20 years old and I lived in prk: Pag-asa Mangga Visayan Village Tagum City. I shared my experience in ICT (INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY). In the used of different communication technology I experience a lot of wonderful communications, because when it comes in the new technologies, many people are easily communicate to another people and it can be a help to collaborate other country to improve our relationship. So I experience a lot of using different communication technologies such as Mobile phones; in a messenger, twitter, and also facebook, telephones, and internet. I think it is very important to our daily life. Infact many of the people in the whole World uses different communication technologies to locate their family and special someones. and also it is important to the people who have their business and online selling products to sell easily and locate customers specifically. For me, telephones and cellphones are very important to me, because if you have this you are aware what happen in your surroundings and you get easily communicate your parents if theres a problem. Sometimes when I am bored, I take a video call for my friends and specially to my Mother in abroad to talk some issues that happen everyday. I experience a lot of communications in online gaming like Dota 2 while I'm playing, I message some of my fellow gamer to join our party in the game, sometimes I used it to trashtalk some people who are noob in gaming :). And I experience communication in the Internet, liked messaging my classmates in school because when I am absent in school I message my classmate to inform what is all about their topics yesterday. I communicate different people in the internet specially in my crush <3 sometimes I messsage it and sometimes I used it to stalk their account to know what is Her background. Because of my experience from ICT (INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY). I gain a lot of information so that, I know what is happenings everyday. So for me ICT is a very Valuable in communications and also to know informations technology.
